Intern Opportunity – Production, Buying & Design

Are you passionate about sportswear and eager to gain real-life experience from a fast-moving, high-performance brand? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our team across Production, Buying and Design at SAYSKY. Someone who is ready to grow, learn, and contribute to an ambitious team with international reach.

Internship Overview

As an intern at SAYSKY, you’ll work closely with key team members depending on your profile and interest areas. You’ll get firsthand insight into how a seasonal running apparel collection is developed, produced, and brought to market. Whether you’re helping prepare tech packs, assisting with fittings, organizing samples, or supporting production and buying follow-ups, you’ll be part of the full process. You’ll be connected to specific team members who guide your tasks and development, while also having the chance to contribute more broadly depending on your skills and interests.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and development tasks such as preparing tech packs or sketches
• Fitting sessions and measuring of samples
• Sample management and showroom organization
• Assist with research and inspiration for upcoming collections
• Ad hoc tasks within buying and production coordination

Candidate Profile

• A student (or recent graduate) in design, production, buying, or a related field
• Proficient in Illustrator and the Adobe Suite (for design roles)
• Structured, proactive, and detail-focused
• Comfortable in English, both written and spoken
• A team player with a hands-on mindset and a genuine interest in technical sportswear

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months (6 months preferred)
• Start date: Flexible – we accept interns year-round
• Working hours: Ideally full-time, minimum 3 days/week
