As we continue our journey of international growth and digital expansion, we’re looking for a sharp and ambitious Senior E-Commerce Manager to join our Copenhagen HQ.

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and evolution of our global DTC e-commerce channel. Reporting to and working closely with the CMO, you’ll lead the e-commerce team while collaborating across creative and commercial departments to shape SAYSKY’s digital future. You’ll own the webshop end-to-end, from the daily operations to long-term strategy – and ensure we continue delivering a world-class customer experience with strong business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and drive the global e-commerce strategy, with a focus on long-term growth, performance, and on-brand customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team, while collaborating across departments – including marketing, warehouse, and customer experience – to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience.

Campaigns & Operations

  • Oversee daily webshop operations and the execution of seasonal drops and campaigns – including product launches, merchandising, UX, and content updates – ensuring alignment across timelines, assets, and teams.
  • Support buying and commercial planning by providing performance insights and helping place webshop-specific purchase orders — in close collaboration with the purchasing team.

Performance & Growth

  • Take ownership of traffic growth, lead generation, and paid media performance – managing the digital advertising budget and working with external agencies to optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Manage CRM and retention initiatives – including Klaviyo email flows and campaigns, the SAYSKY Loyalty Club, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys – to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as traffic, leads, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, newsletter performance, sales numbers, and return statistics – turning insights into clear actions.

Site Optimization & Tools

  • Improve site performance and conversion, by analyzing user behavior, running A/B tests, and implementing UX/CRO best practices in collaboration with external developers and partners.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and tech, working with developers or agencies to integrate new features, optimize workflows, and stay ahead of digital commerce trends. 

 

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience in a consumer-facing brand – ideally within sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle. International exposure is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Shopify, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, front-end UX best practices, and core tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into growth initiatives and clearly report on key performance metrics.
  • Comfortable owning P&L responsibilities, performance targets, and commercial planning.
  • Managerial experience, with a track record of leading teams and collaborating effectively with external agencies or partners.
  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to balance long-term strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) and tech integrations.
  • Experience with retention and loyalty programs is a plus, but not a must.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Danish is a plus, but not essential.
  • A passion for running or an active lifestyle is a strong plus.
