Did you miss us? We’re back!
SAYSKY & FRIENDS returns on December 18 in Nordvest – and we’re turning up the heat (literally). Together with our good friends at Heat Harmony, we’re mixing the best of both worlds: a social run, an icy plunge, and enough sauna fire to make your heart race twice - and since it’s Christmas, hot beverages and æbleskiver on the house.
It’s going to be hot, cold, and all kinds of awesome. Spots are limited to 80 runners, so make your move quickly.

If you’re running at 5:30 PM, sign up for the sauna at 6:15 PM.
If you’re running at 7:00 PM, sign up for the sauna at 7:45 PM.
