30-DAYS RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-days return policy on all orders. Below you can read more about our return instructions, general return service, and what to do in case of complaints and warranties.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - EASY ONLINE REGISTRATION

It is super easy to return your SAYSKY order. Simply click on the link below, which will take you to our online return portal. Here you will need to enter your email and order number to retrieve your order. Follow the instructions and shortly after, you will receive a return label and return form in your inbox. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.

RETURN PRICES

We have negotiated favourable return prices with our suppliers and can therefore offer the price below. You will automatically be redirected to a payment window during the return process.

  • Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain: €7
  • Sweden: €10
  • Bulgaria, Canada, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland: €15
  • Rest of the world: €25

PROCESSING TIME

Refunds will usually take between 7-9 business days from the time we receive your package. This also applies if you have chosen to receive a store credit. You can track your return shipment using the tracking number found on the return slip that you received via email. Please note that it may take some time for your shipment to be registered.

If you used a gift card to pay for your order, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card before any remaining balance is paid out.

You will receive a written confirmation by email once your return has been processed.

WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, simply return the product - we will then process a refund for you – or store credit, if this is what you prefer. In the meantime, you can purchase the desired size or product here on our website as usual.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

The customer has the right to return their items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. The following conditions apply for a full refund:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be unused (you are welcome to try on the clothing for the correct size and fit). If there is evidence to the contrary and the item has been used, the customer loses the right to receive a refund.
  • For socks and underwear: please note that for hygiene reasons the packaging is part of the product and therefore must not be broken. If the packaging for these is broken, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.
  • For bras: you are welcome to try these on, but if there are remnants of makeup, deodorant, and/or perfume, we cannot accept the return.

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES

In case of complaints, product issues, or similar, you should send an email to our customer service: support@saysky.dk

It is important that you write a comment and add any pictures of the problem to support your complaint, so customer service can assess your case. You will then be contacted directly by customer service via email, where you will together find the best solution to resolve the issue.
