It’s time to leave it all on the road. As we prepare for the 10th edition of the CPH HALF, we get ready to suffer together once again. Join us for a free workout in Fælledparken on August 17th (10.30 a.m.), at Edel Sauntés Allé, Copenhagen, for another edition of Suffer Patrol Saturdays.

We’re turning up the heat with an epic 3x4km workout! To keep you fueled and hydrated, we partnered with PurePower and Faxe Kondi Pro, ensuring you’re loaded with carbs and electrolytes throughout the session. After the workout, Frankies will make sure to top up your glycogen stores with complimentary pizza slices! Make sure to bring fresh legs, and we’ll provide the beats and an electrifying atmosphere.

PACE GROUPS

To provide the best experience for as many runners as possible, the official pace groups will range from 1h10 to 2h00.  Worried that there won’t be a pace group for you? Fear not, you’re more than welcome to run at the pace you’re comfortable at, with or without a group!

WHEN/WHERE:

Fælledparken, Østerbro in Copenhagen (Edel Sauntés Allé) on August 17th.

09.45: bag-drop opens

10.15: social warm-up jog

10.30: start of the first 4k-rep

12.30: end of training + pizza by Frankies

DISTANCE:

3x4km at half marathon pace - 1km jog in between reps.

BAG DROP:

You’ll be able to store your personal belongings.
