Saysky Loyalty Club – Terms and Conditions

MEMBERSHIP
Saysky Loyalty Club (the “Program") is offered by Saysky ApS ("Company") to customers making purchases and to potential customers on https://saysky.com. Company will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") form the agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Company with respect to the Program.
MEMBERS' ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in the Program, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, including the provisions below dealing with mandatory arbitration of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class action) basis. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.
COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CHANGE/CANCEL PROGRAM
Company may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
The Program is open to residents of the listed shipping destinations on https://saysky.com as determined by Saysky and subject to change. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Company, in its sole and absolute discretion.
MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT
Individuals can enroll by creating an account at https://saysky.com/account. Member must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures. Member should promptly advise Company of any changes to their personal account contact information, such as name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address, by visiting https://saysky.com/account and updating their Member account.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
A current, valid email address is required for a Member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates. Member must notify Company of change of email address by updating Member account information online.
RIGHT TO REVOKE
Company reserves the right to revoke the membership of any Member in the Program and/or revoke any or all benefits the Member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of Company, a Member abuses any of the Program privileges, fraudulently uses the Program, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.
NO TRANSFER
Program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS
Company can communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email, SMS and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers and more. Company will also use these channels to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Program changes and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Company may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
ELIGIBLE PURCHASES
Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, after taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made at https://saysky.com, count toward your Program tier status. The amount of a purchase made with store credit as method of payment will not be applied to Tier Level earnings. The amount of a purchase made with a Saysky gift card as method of payment will not be applied to Tier Level earnings. The purchase of a Saysky gift card will be applied to Tier Level earnings. Additional items may be excluded from Tier Level accumulation at the sole discretion of Company.
TIER STATUS & HOW TO EARN POINTS
Program tier status is based solely on a customer’s spend on https://saysky.com – rolling year, i.e. points rewarded for purchases will be valid one year from the order date. Additional points can be rewarded for reviewing products, engaging with the Company’s social media channels, and other activities. However, these do not count towards the tier status.
The Members must always be logged in to their Saysky Loyalty Club account for points to be registered when placing orders.
The criteria for each Tier are as follows:
- Bronze: this is the entry level tier for all new Members or members with expired points or no spend. Benefits included here apply to all members. 10% discount upon account creation, 10 points for each €1 spent and a secret birthday reward each year.
- Silver: to be upgraded to the Silver tier, the Members must spend €350 in a year. They will receive 1000 free points upon upgrade and then earn 12 points for every €1 spent. Silver Members will also receive a secret birthday reward each year. The Members will be automatically downgraded if their total annual spend no longer accumulates to €350.
- Gold: to be upgraded to the Gold tier, the Members must spend €700 in a year. They will receive 1000 free points upon upgrade and then earn 13 points for every €1 spent. Silver Members will also receive a secret birthday reward each year. The Members will be automatically downgraded if their total annual spend no longer accumulates to €700.
All Members can earn additional points for activities as specified by the Company, which includes, but is not limited to leaving a product review, referring friends, and engaging with social media channels.

HOW TO USE POINTS
Points can be converted to cash using the following exchange rate: 200 points €1.
The Members must always be logged in to their Saysky Loyalty Club account to use points during checkout. Available points will automatically be displayed during checkout for an easy and seamless user experience. The Members’ point balance can also be viewed here: https://saysky.com/pages/rewards
Members can convert their points during checkout to one of the below listed voucher amounts. Members can only redeem points for cash vouchers once per order. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers or use any of the below listed vouchers together with other vouchers or discount campaigns.
- 1000 points = €5
- 2000 points = €10
- 3000 points = €15
- 4000 points = €20
- 6000 points = €30
- 10000 points = €50
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Members can also earn points through the Saysky Loyalty Club referral program, which can be found here: https://saysky.com/pages/rewards
Members are allowed to share unique discount links to friends that are worth €20. The vouchers are only valid for orders over €50. Recipients can only use referral links once and as such they won’t be able to receive and use referral links from multiple Program Members. Members are also not allowed to send referral links to themselves, although this is technically not possible either.
For each successful referral, the Member will be rewarded with 4000 points that are automatically added to the Members account.
RETURNS
Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Company's return policy available at https://saysky.com/pages/returns. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to Program Level status for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member's account – and any points earned based on this order as well.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by Company and may be registered in Denmark and internationally.
